Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actor, writer and best-selling novelist. Her talents have won her recognition across the world. She's a Sagittarius born on the 3rd of December 1960. She was born in North Carolina. She is one of the three oldest children to Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a parachutist. She's English and Scottish descent. Because of her father's work, the Moore family was often moved and she was unable to form friendships or maintain ones. The family moved to Germany Moore attended Frankfurt American High School where she began appearing in performances. She continued her education at Boston University where she graduated in 1983 with a B.F.A. Thesis in Theater. Moore's career began in New York with Off-Broadway Theater immediately following graduation. In 1985, she made her on-screen debut in the episode The Edge of Night. In 1986, she was cast in the dual characters of Sabrina Hughes, and Frannie Hughes for As the World Spins. The role provided her with an opportunity that ultimately resulted in her successful career. This show lasted until 1988 and won the Daytime Emmy Award. Her film debut came in 1990 when she starred in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie, which was later described by her as an awful low-budget film. She appeared in Short Cuts (1993) and 3 Women (1997) both productions of Robert Altman. Her role in critically acclaimed Short Cuts (1993) brought her a number of nominations. Moore was her first major part as a lead actress in Safe(1995). Steven Spielberg's casting of Moore in Jurassic Park: The Lost World, one of the top grossing films of 1997, represented a huge turning point for her career. She starred in Magnolia (1999) and was praised by critics which earned her a SAG nomination for her performance. The Hours starred Moore in 2002, and was nominated for Nine Academy Awards along with Nicole Kidman. Moore has also been seen in The Forgotten (2003), Freedomland (2005), Shelter (2010) along with a host of other movies. She appeared in Non-Stop (2014). Moore has been featured in numerous films and television programs. Most recently, she starred as the lead character in You Finish Saving The World (2022). The career of an actress in Hollywood has been established, and she's also a novelist for children that has been published. The first novel she wrote Freckleface Strawberry was published in 2007 and became a bestseller on the NY Times. Bestseller. It was later transformed into a TV series and music. In 2013, she released her book My Mom Is an American. Moore has a public life as an accomplished writer and actress. She married John Robin in 1984 and they divorced in 1995. Bart Freundlich, whom Moore later married in 2003, has two children with her. Moore is an individual who is devoted to her work and family.
